FaZe Swagg turns forgotten Warzone AR into a deadly sniper rifle

The Call of Duty League has been taken over by Vanguard’s Volk AR and Ean ‘FaZe Booya’ Chase has brought the dominating weapon to Warzone as it devastates Rebirth Island.

On April 3, 2022, the Volk was immortalized in Call of Duty League history after Los Angeles Guerrillas backup Kris ‘Spart’ Cervantez firmly established it as a meta-weapon on the way to the end. one of the most memorable loser races in the history of the competition. Call of Duty.

As the Guerrillas won the Major 2 event, Sparta and the Volk rose to prominence. It didn’t take long for Call of Duty pros to notice the Volk’s abilities as Warzone specialist FaZe Booya cooked up a powerful Warzone Volk loadout.

Since the start of Warzone Pacific, the Volk has failed to impress on the weapon meta. However, that could all change as top streamers and Warzone pros start focusing on this versatile assault rifle.

Booya uses the Volk as a Sniper support weapon and it really shines in that role. If you’re someone who likes to take out the Kar98k on Rebirth Island, the Volk will act as the perfect combo weapon.

FaZe Booya Volk Warzone Loadout

Both in CDL and Warzone, the Volk is not used as a traditional assault rifle. Instead of taking long-range gunfights with this weapon, the Volk excels in close-to-medium-range encounters.

  • Muzzle: Recoil Booster
  • Barrel: Krausnick 428mm 05V
  • Optical: Slate Reflector
  • Store: Reisdorf 22V Adjustable
  • Sub-barrel: Manual stop M1941
  • Magazine: 7.62 Gorenko 40 Round Magazines
  • Ammunition type: Elongate
  • Rear handle: Dotted handle
  • Advantage 1: Fleet
  • Advantage 2: At hand

The damage of an Assault Rifle combined with the rapid fire rate of an SMG makes the Volk a threat in battle royale. You will notice that this hybrid weapon uses a Slate Reflector which is an attachment not usually seen on Warzone ARs.

To begin with, Booya opts for the 7.62 Gorenko 40 Round Magazines because battle royale gameplay requires large magazine size. Booya’s loadout is almost identical to Sparta’s – which you can find in our guide to the best Vanguard ranked game loadouts – but there are a few key differences.

Then we also have the Recoil Booster instead of the T1 Flash Hider and Elongate as opposed to FMJ, which also differs from Sparta’s Volk loadout.

It’s not uncommon for some attachments to fit the battle royale meta, while not finding a place in multiplayer loadouts. Turns out that’s the case when it comes to the Volk.
